Oh, and by the way, that was Tika's Gamblers Champion title (10 Masters Gamblers Qualifying scores). Jake, whom I felt was a pretty good gambling dog, only ever earned 5 Gamblers Qs in Masters and 7 in P3.
But Jake earned a total of 29 Masters/P3 Jumpers Qs in his career, and 31 Standards, things that Tika has a very long way to go to match.
Only one more Snooker leg for Tika's Snooker bronze (15 Masters Qs), two Relays for the Relay Bronze, and one Standard for her Standard Championship.

ReplyDeleteIt's funny how one dog will easily get Jumpers legs while another will have no trouble with Gamblers. My Dobe and I almost always Q'd in Jumpers but I don't think he ever got a Masters Gamble leg.
Jaime, on the other hand, gets Gamble legs without hardly any effort on my part. But Jumpers legs? I think we have 2 or maybe 3 Masters Jumpers legs. Really, that's all. And we only got the minimum needed in Starters and Advanced. So my goal for us this year is to really focus on those Jumpers courses and see if we can improve there.
