This particular prepwor...Heh. I know about that...<br /><br />This particular prepwork wasn't so awful. Really, washing and slicing carrots, celery, and onions isn't so bad. Chicken prep took longer this time because it was frozen, so periodically had to check it to make sure no parts were getting too hot and no parts were staying frozen longer. I don't always remove the skin & fat before cooking it, but I'm trying to do so more often, so that took more time probably than the slicing and dicing, since I had maybe 10 separate pieces. And *then* I kept rearranging things to take photos, so that added to the time. And looking up whether my cooking wine was still good.
