I might have been the hike but is more likely a cumulative effect of everything. Sometimes the fatigue is worse the second day ('delayed onset muscle soreness' or something like that).<BR/><BR/>I'm actually cutting back on my tri training in these weeks before Nationals because I don't want my legs getting sore over the 5 days.
